The Xbox 360 backwards compatibility software is updated from time to time, and is available as a download through Xbox Live, and in various other ways. And speaking of…Downloads - Log into Xbox.com, download a game, burn it to a CD or DVD or store it on a memory stick, and take it over to your friend's house to play the game there. (Parts may be needed to hook up and download, so check with your place of purchase.)

5.1 Digital Surround Sound - Play music using the hard drive, or by streaming it from your MP3 player hooked up to one of the Xbox 360's USB 2.0 ports.

Personalization - The Xbox 360 has an interchangeable faceplate. Get one in the color scheme and/or design of your liking and customize your console to match your personal style.
